Not every brand gets to use their logo everyday. Driven by the pioneering spirit of the original blue jean makers, the scissor logo represents everything authentic and dynamic about the Amsterdam-based denim brand.
Scissors. One of the earliest complex machines. Two steel knives pivoted to create an instrument of precision and purpose. Defined by their function, scissors either destroy or create. Divisive and disruptive by nature. Determined in their action. Scissors are as progressive as the hands of time.
My role included the concept; art direction; copy and production.
